All orders are exempt from being returned and refunded.
If our product is in a way faulty and you need to exchange it, please contact our Customer Service immediately to arrange an exchange.
If 18 hours have gone by since the receiving time of your order, unfortunately we cannot exchange your item.
We only can exchange your item by the same one.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused (in the same original condition as received with all tags attached, and without any sign of wear such as dirt, make-up, wrinkles...). It also must be in the original packaging.
We do 100% inspection on all returned items in order to determine if they have been worn, dry cleaned or altered. Once your item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange process. If approved, then the exchange will be processed.
If you want to exchange your item, you will be responsible of paying all shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged order to reach you, may vary.
Discounted Items and Customized Orders
Only regular priced items and regular orders can be exchanged, unfortunately discounted items and customized orders are exempt from being exchanged. PS: This clause is not applicable on email subscription discount.
